RALPH IS A STRAY. He is neutered male, friendly, walks on a leash ok, and seems to get along with other dogs.
He will be up for adoption on Monday, February 11th if not claimed by his owner.
Adoption fee is $30 and includes the dog license tag for 2013.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30-3:00, weekends by appointment only.
