Adopt Treble, 8 year old yellow labrador mix in New York

Meet Treble.  Treble is an 8 year old male neutered labrador retriever mix waiting for his new home in
Westchester, NY.  Treble is about 55 pounds and is a dog that likes his walks and exercise.  He loves
to be outside and he is quite affectionate.  The perfect home for Treble would be with an active family
with either older kids, or no kids.  Treble shares his home with two resident large breed dogs and is
good with dogs.  He is a very fun yellow fellow and he likes to hang out inside with his person and then

NYC - Lucky, small 7.5 pound female kitty needs rescue or new home

I rescued Lucky from the streets when she was three weeks old.  I bottle fed her. 
She has lived with me for 8 years but when my parents got sick they wanted a pet 
so I gave her to them.  She comes to you when she wants to be petted.  She is a very 

inquisitive cat.

She developed hyper-thyroid about 5 years ago.  She takes thyroid medication and 
is doing well.  She loves chicken even though she eats canned and dry food. She is good with other cats and will make a nice pet.  She is about 8 years old now.  last vetted in August ofof this year.  The medication is NOT expensive.  Please contact owner at

The first pic below is how Peabucky spends her day. Every day. Can you imagine? I had the privilege of meeting her. She really needs a good home - maybe it could be yours? She deserves so much better than existing in a pound.

Say hello to Peabucky, this week's BCARL Spotlight Pet of the Week. Peabucky is a senior female Australian Cattle Dog who was removed from a hoarding situation many months ago. She is a shy girl, but once she gets to know you, she is affectionate and eager to please. Peabucky deserves a family to love and treat her like a princess during the final chapters of her life instead of being one of over 100 dogs at a shelter.

Senior Male Choc Lab. He is eight years old and hw positive. (slow kill would be best)  This sweet boy needs a Rescue or Adopter asap.  

He is currently in South Carolina just over the GA boarder. If anyone can help find this sweet senior lab boy a place to go would be wonderful..

• Female, Spayed
• 11 years old• Tall/thin – about 60 lbs
• Micro-chipped (can be registered under your name)
• No fleas
• House Broken
• Does not chew
• Does not get in the garbage
• Non-Food Aggressive
• Ok with other dogs & older children
• Ok with cats (at least the one who was roaming around my vets office when I took her there)
• Low activity required – Just lots of love and petting

Nilah age 13 owner turn in town of heampstead long island ny needs home or rescue

This is one of our own-- here in NY on Long Island!  We've got to help her somehow. At the ripe age of 13,  she finds 

herself in a shelter and her owner completely hysterical, at having no recourse to leave her there with her blanket and toys.

I cannot imagine the pain of doing this.

Please folks, let's get Nilah a home, at least a foster home, for the holidays.  I will help with sponsorship to rescue who can 

take this older gal who will not last at the shelter.
