Sophie is a beautiful girl that is between 7-8 years and has lived at the shelter for too many years. She is sweet and devoted to the shelter staff but takes a little bit to warm up to strangers...only because the shelter doesn't have lots of visitors. She is eligible for training through our A.D.O.P.T. program (adult dogs offered professional training) where she would live in the home of a professional dog trainer and learn the basics of home life and crate training. This sweet girl is great with all the other dogs at the shelter and never causes trouble. She would make a great companion for someone willing to give her a chance.
