Otto's owner told the shelter that he did not have enough time for the dog any more. Otto is 9 years old and housebroken, according to his owner. He is quite reactive around other dogs and has a typical Jack Russell personality, active, smart and alpha oriented. Otto needs a diet and more exercise.
