Rescue needed for Forrester lovely black lab mix 7 year old Franklin Tenn

Forrester has quickly become a shelter favorite! He is a handsome Labrador Retriever mix and is seven years old. His soft and shiny black coat has snow white markings and is perfect for petting. Forrester has great manners and is a wonderful walking companion. He is so sweet and friendly and loves everyone! Forrester looks forward to his daily outings in the shelter yard, where he loves to play. He is very affectionate and enjoys quality cuddle time. Forrester is heartworm positive and will be treated by Williamson County Animal Control after he is rescued. He is wormed and current on all vaccinations and will be neutered and microchipped once his heartworm treatment has been completed.
As a heartworm positive senior black dog, Forrester is constantly overlooked in our kennels. We are hoping to find a rescue for this very special dog who has endeared himself to all of us.
Please save this senior sweetheart by crossposting near and far on his behalf and contacting me at kmenzyk@yahoo.com if you can help. PULL FEE PAID!
