Chloe, has been removed from the hoarding house with 23 other cats, but is not doing well with her 8 brothers and sisters in foster. She's deteriorating and needs a home URGENTLY as an only cat or with one other cat. She is so stressed and needs a quiet home where she can diffuse from her lifetime of hell.
