Moakes is a beautiful 90 pound 8 year old neutered male black labrador in need of a new
home. Owner's building has been sold and new owner does not want dogs there. Moakes is a very sweet dog and he has been around cats, and he is totally fine, not so great around young dogs. They are inclined to be too active for him, and he is really a quiet, old soul dog. You can bring him to the park, and he is so not interested in other dogs, birds, rabbits... Nothing really bothers him. He loves to get belly rubs and loves to be brushed.
Owner is really heartbroken but wants to do the right thing for his great dog.
