Toto, a purebred Affenpinscher, came to P.L.U.T.O. Rescue of Richmond County and was put into foster care when his owner could no longer care for him. This handsome 8-year-old gentleman is very friendly and quiet. Once he gets to know you he is steadfastly loyal and loving. Toto has cataracts and needs insulin to control his diabetes but he's ready to find his new forever home, which can include other dogs and cats. He would do best, though, in a home without children.
