To look at the elegant, adorable Mr. Peabody, you'd never guess that this 6-pound, 7-year-old Chihuahua came to Waggytail Rescue after being found emaciated and wandering around in the Bronx. Despite that ordeal, Mr. Peabody is the sweetest, kindest little soul. He has great energy and loves kids, other dogs, going on the subway, riding in a car, snuggling in his doggie bed, music — everything! Mr. Peabody has a minor heart murmur that is easily treated with medicine he takes in a treat. Big things do come in small packages!
