Very Sad situation Blackie's owner died and family lost home in house fire they have to move into an apartment and cannot take Blackie. He is 8 years old i believe not neutered and has not had any shots in like 3 years he is friendly and is starving for attention!! He is animal control bound if he does not get help. He needs a bath and his shots but the last i talked with Cindi they were going to try to get him vaccinated. I am not even sure what breeds he is med/large in size I am guessing. Any help and crossposting is much appreciated. Thank you!
