Poor Sandy (A15915744) is a sad ~8-10 year old mash up of what looks like a bizarre shepherd mix! She was surrendered because her owners could no longer afford to care for her, and now she’s been abandoned at ACCT. Sandy is surprisingly spunky, considering how sad and scared she looks in her kennel; when it comes to time outside, she’s always ready to go! Sandy appears to be housebroken, and, per her former owner, is good with cats, dogs, and lived with older children.
