Adopt Tucker, very sweet 13 year old male beagle good with kids!

Tucker is 13, very sweet, and extremely loving male beagle. Great with kids and other animals. Have had him for 12 years, but my Parkinson's with unpredictable total loss of mobility now makes it too hard for me to walk him for 4 walks per day that he needs, and when he needs my attention, I can't always get up and go to him.
