Adopt Fang, 10 year old dsh kitty

Fang is a dsh cat around 10 years old. When he first came to the Humane Society he had both kidney and thyroid problems. Our vet at the time suggested if he could remove Fang's overactive thyroid, that perhaps the kidney problem would correct itself. Sure enough, once the thyroid was under control Fang's kidney function was normal. At that point our vet performed a very difficuly surgery to remove Fang's thyroid eliminating the need for life long medication. Fang is now healthy and anxious to find a forever home. He would love an adult home that is quiet and calm, where he can be the only pet and center of attention. He loves to sleep in his cat tower and eat breakfast. He is a big mush who just needs a new, calm, pet-free home, where he can lounge around and enjoy the company of people. If you feel you are a good match for Fang please come check him out at the CT Humane Society in Westport. Feel free to call for more info 203-227-4137.
